The Moss Beach Villa is a large, exceptional 2,630-square-foot family house with 12 rooms and two outside decks that can accommodate up to 10 people. The Villa has five large bedrooms and three full baths and is fully furnished throughout.
Located on the San Mateo Coast near Half Moon Bay, the Villa is just 30 minutes by car from downtown San Francisco. The Villa is 20 minutes from San Francisco Airport. Half Moon Bay is 10 minutes south, while Pacifica is eight minutes north. The Villa is ideal for business meetings, Board meetings, Stanford University meetings, family gatherings or annual friendship groups.

The San Mateo Coast offers two world-class golf courses at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Half Moon Bay. Ocean fishing is available at Princeton Harbor, just three minutes south of the property. Surfing, boogie boarding, sea kayaking, and horseback riding are minutes away, as is the annual world-famous Mavericks surfing contest and half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival. First-class restaurants are not far from the Villa. The Villa is within walking distance of the world-famous Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, where guests can discover the life in the tidal pools and watch the ocean break against the cliff walls.
The entire Villa is fully furnished. All kitchen needs, bedding and towels are available. There's wireless high speed Internet throughout, and satellite HDTV is available in the four rooms.

The formal dining room seats 12 people. There's also plenty of room for independent activities. While some guests can congregate upstairs with spectacular views and tall cathedral ceilings, others can watch TV or movies in a private family room downstairs.

During the area's many warm and sunny days, the Villa boasts two decks. The upstairs deck has a gas BBQ with gorgeous panoramic views. The lower deck opens into a beautiful secluded garden and private hot tub.
