The Villa has a flat rate charge for any use. This minimum is $2000. Use of the Villa can include up to two nights and three full days, or may just be for a business or Board meeting.

If you choose to sleep over, the maximum number of houseguests is 10.
Additional nights are charged at $750 per night.

To book the Villa, and guarantee your reservations, a $1000 deposit against the rental is required. This deposit is non refundable. If you needed to cancel in an emergency, the deposit can be applied to a future reservation.
Full payment is required two weeks prior to reservations.

A $1000 refundable security deposit is added to the cost of each booking and is refundable as long as there is no damage or excessive wear and tear. Use of the villa is different from a hotel experience. The villa should be treated as you would your own home, and be left in the same basic condition as found upon arrival.
